This is my brother Jonathan's graduation cake. It's funfetti with vanilla frosting, covered in fondant. I wasn't able to find a left-handed batter, so he became the pitcher. Congratulations, bud!

Candyland!

These two cakes were made for my cousin Briana's 10th birthday party on 04/05/08. The Candyland board was made of vanilla cake with Bavarian cream filling and fresh strawberries. Real candies were used on the top. The small present was an individual chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting. The bow is made of fondant.

Peeps Cake!

I made this one for my mom's birthday/Easter party. The cake is vanilla with butter cream frosting and fresh strawberries. I covered it in tan fondant and created sand with graham cracker crumbs. The shells are made from the fondant and the water is berry blue Jello. Peeps top it off as ducks on the water.

UFC 79

I made this cake on December 29, 2007 for a party held in honor of UFC 79. It was a vanilla cake with strawberry frosting. The cage was made of milk chocolate. George Saint Pierre dominated Matt Hughes that night. It was a great fight!
