Emulex Christmas Cake 12-18-07

This is the Christmas cake I made for my dad's office. The mountains at the rear as well as the house on the right are made of carrot cake with a banana cream cheese frosting. The trees are ice cream cones and royal icing and the penguins and presents are made of fondant. Everything on the board is edible.

Ukelecake

This is a Ukulele cake that I made for Philip's birthday on August 31, 2007. As you can see in the second picture, it is to scale. The body of the ukulele was made of vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh mango and strawberry filling. The fret board was made out of fondant. The entire ukulele was edible.

Sheet Music

This cake was made for Philip's birthday celebration with coworkers. The music you see is actual sheet music for the "Happy Birthday" song on piano. The cake was vanilla with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberry filling.

DDR

I made this cake for my friend Gerard's birthday. It is a Dance Dance Revolution machine with figures of Gerard (as the Pokemon Jigglypuff in pink), my boyfriend Philip (as the Pokemon Pikachu in yellow) and a giant fish on top of the machine. The cake was vanilla with a buttercream frosting and fresh mango filling.

The Barbie

This was the first cake I was hired to make. It was all chocolate.

MPC 1000

This is an MPC 1000 music sampler that was done for my friend Alan's birthday party. It was big enough to feed over 150 people.

Street Fighter Arcade Stick

This is a cake that I did for my friend Eugene's birthday.

The first cake - Technics turntables

This was the first cake I ever made. It was done on June 6, 2007 for my friend Alan's graduation party. It was a Funfetti cake with strawberry frosting. All of the sliders on both of the turntables and the mixer moved.
